REBIS Summary
Rebis is a mythical substance of which the "philosopher's stone" consists. According to the ancient alchemists, it can be used to turn any metal into gold. Our project also uses innovative technology capable of obtaining gold from the minerals of "black shale". The traditional way to extract gold from the minerals of "black shale" has not been possible before, although the
content of hard-to-extract gold in this mineral has long been known. Therefore, it is no accident that the project is called Rebis.
Rebis is an innovative production created at the expense of venture financing on a crowdfunding basis, which is based on the technology of production and accumulation of gross domestic product under the General commodity brand Rebis, with the possibility of subsequent exchange for other payment equivalents.
The Rebis project is based on the proposal to create a closed industrial and financial ecosystem (Rebis) with the production of highly demanded commodity products, including refined gold and precious metals, at a very low cost. The achievement of the task of practical implementation is planned through implementation of the ICO campaign and implementation of Utility tokens Rebis Gold (RBSG).
The Rebis project uses a patented plasma "gasification in flow" technology. (Author: doctor of technical Sciences Neklesa A. T.) Under the influence of ultra-high temperatures in the plasma reactor, the substance embedded in the reactor hopper is converted into synthesis gas. Then there is a process of "deposition" of synthesis gas, during which the task of extracting the necessary component from the initial substance in the required form is achieved. Thus, in a particularly pure form are rare and rare earth metals, precious metals, including gold, amorphous silicon powder and so on.
Three types of products will be produced on the basis of Rebis Blockchain: strategic, precious metals, goods of the future.
Strategic Products
STRATEGIC PRODUCTS
Using plasma technology, will be produced:
- metallization iron ore concentrate of high standards (Fe is not lower than 99.7% — iron of the highest purity, called technically pure or armo-iron, containing about 0.02% C and less than 0.1% impurities). Profitability of production is 200% higher than competitive analogues.
- original high-purity iron, melted from iron ore concentrate under without-oxidative conditions by direct reduction method.
- slabs-billets of alloy steel, melted from the original high-purity iron in without-oxidative conditions, with increased operational parameters of strength and durability, for use in electrical engineering and shipbuilding.
- liquefied methanol (waste of production in the utilization of greenhouse gases using plasma technology).
- iron-nickel, chrome, vanadium and zirconium concentrates of industrial standards.
- ferronickel and nickel of increased purity from iron-nickel concentrate, ferrochrome of increased purity from chromium concentrate, ferrovanadium and vanadium of increased purity from vanadium concentrate, zirconium of increased purity from zirconium concentrate.
- ferromanganese of high quality from waste ferromanganese production.
- titanium and titanium metal products from ilmenite and rutile without the use of harmful chemical elements (chlorine, fluorine, etc.).
- niobium, tungsten, molybdenum, scandium, yttrium, neodymium and other rare earth metals from concentrates.
- polycrystalline and single-crystal silicon of high purity from quartzites, without the use of harmful chemical elements (chlorine, fluorine, etc.). Manufacture on their basis of solar batteries with increased power and efficiency coefficient.
- recycling of technogenic wastes of red and gray sludge, obtaining high-purity iron, special steels and metal products, non-ferrous, rare-earth metals and silicon;
- steel, cement and methanol by recycling solid waste and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from metallurgical production (steelmaking slag, dust, scale, etc.)
- two-dimensional allotropic modification of carbon — "graphene" and graphene accumulator, for electric cars, based on it.
Future Technologies
GRAPHENE BATTERIES
The technology of plasma "gasification in the drip", which represents the Rebis project, allows for the practical application of the cardinal discovery in the field of energy of Nobel laureates in physics in 2010 by Andrei Geim and Konstantin Novoselov.
In particular, it is possible to obtain on an industrial scale the necessary materials and conditions for the creation of a graphene battery with a charge capacity of 1000 times greater than modern alternative analogues.
The Rebis project sets as its priority task within 4 years, after the beginning of its production and research activities, to achieve a final technological solution in the production of graphene batteries for domestic use, as well as the formation of mobile service complexes for the distribution of necessary energy services.
MOBILE COMPLEXES FOR INCINERATION MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE
The use of plasma technology makes it possible to burn MSW with a minimum emission of CO2 and without releasing additional chemical waste into the atmosphere.
Serial production of mobile complexes for the disposal of MSW will allow to qualitatively normalize the environmental situation in the places of application of ecocomplexes Rebis with minimal operating costs.
The environmental disaster in Hungary on October 4, 2010 at the aluminum plant "Ajkai Timfoldgyar Zrt" once again demonstrated the fact that the problem with the environment is the concern of the whole modern society. The implementation of the environmental line of Rebis units, implemented in the course of this project, makes it possible to successfully solve environmental problems associated with the disposal of "red slime". The estimated payback period of this production is less.
